Zmena kapacity PP kondenzátora počas urýchleného starnutia

Abstract

Abstrakt. Nasledujúci text opisuje experiment zaoberajúci sa porovnaním kapacity PP kondenzátorov, ktorých dielektrikum tvorí polypropylénová fólia. Ako dielektrikum boli použité nové i zostarnuté vzorky PP fólií s rôznou štruktúrou. Proces urýchleného starnutia bol realizovaný kombinovaným namáhaním v 3 etapách s maximálnym časom 667 hodín. Na experimentálne meranie bolo pripravených 22 ks vzoriek tvaru štvorca pre každú etapu starnutia. Dosiahnuté výsledky poukazujú na zmenu kapacity PP kondenzátora vplyvom starnutia a štruktúry materiálu.

Abstract The following text describes an experiment following up comparison with dielectric capacitance of PP capacitors, whose dielectric consists of polypropylene film. New and aged samples of PP films with different structures were used as dielectric. The process of accelerated aging was conducted with combined stress in three stages. For each stage of aging were prepared 22 pieces of square shaped samples for experimental measurement. Achieved results indicate a change in dielectric capacitance of PP capacitors due to aging and material structure.
