Variácia prierazného napätia polypropylénovej fólie počas urýchleného starnutia

Abstract

Abstrakt.  V príspevku je spracovaný experiment s problematikou testovania polypropylénových fólií, ktoré sa používajú ako dielektrikum pre kondenzátory. Experimenty boli prevádzané na pripravených vzorkách o celkovom počte cca 20 ks na jednu etapu starnutia. V testoch na elektrickú prieraznú pevnosť boli spracované štyri etapy s koncovým časom 1000 hodín. Výsledky poukazujú na postupné znižovanie prieraznej  pevnosti. Čisto teplotné a kombinované teplotno-elektrické namáhanie vykazujú rozdielne trendy s exponenciálne klesajúcim charakterom.

Abstract. The paper deals with an experiment testing of the polypropylene film which is widely used as a raw dielectric for capacitors production. Experiments were conducted on prepared samples on a total of about 20 pieces at one stage of aging. In tests on electrical breakdown strength they are processed four stages,  where the final-time was 1000 hours. The results point to a gradual reduction in breakdown strength. Purely thermal and combined-temperature electrical stress exhibit different trends with exponentially decreasing characteristics..
