Abstract

The global needs for energy have been increasing continually. Solar electricity provides still low but grooving portion of total electricity consumption on the world energy market. Cheaper and more efficient solar cells and modules are required in order to increase solar electricity involvement. In present paper we try to point out and to discuss some aspects and actual ways toward high efficiency photovoltaics (PV).
